Bella Thorne‘s eyes are definitely popping with that neon blue liner!
The 20-year-old actress and singer hit the red carpet for the photocall for her new movie Midnight Sun at the Hotel Bernini on Tuesday (February 27) in Rome, Italy.

The movie also co-stars Patrick Schwarzenegger.
Based on the Japanese film, Midnight Sun centers on Katie (Thorne), a 17-year-old sheltered since childhood and confined to her house during the day by a rare disease that makes even the smallest amount of sunlight deadly. Fate intervenes when she meets Charlie (Schwarzenegger) and they embark on a summer romance.
