Finally, everyone knows that Oscar speeches can tend to run long. Hey, it’s a long show, but that’s why it has a host to help move things along. This year, Kimmel wants to make this the shortest ceremony as possible. Rather than play people off the stage, he challenged all the winners with a contest: whoever has the shortest speech at the end of the night will win a free jet ski! The jet ski was brought out on stage, and it had Helen Mirren with it and everything! (Helen Mirren is not included with jet ski.)
