‘The Crown’ Leads Pack of BAFTA TV Craft Awards Nominees

The British Academy unveiled its behind-the-camera nominees Thursday, with Netflix’s royal drama earning seven and Tom Hardy’s ‘Taboo’ claiming six.

The Crown is leading the race following Thursday’s BAFTA TV Craft Award nominations, celebrating behind-the-camera talent on the small screen in 2017.

Netflix’s acclaimed royal drama emerged with seven nominations, closely followed by the BBC’s Tom Hardy-fronted dark period series Taboo, with six. The Netflix/BBC domination continued further down the pack, with Black Mirror, Blue Planet II and Peaky Blinders landing five nominations each.
