The Vaccines and other new acts have been added to the line-up for Live At Leeds 2018.
This year’s festival takes place on May 5, held at multiple venues across the Yorkshire city. Find tickets here.
It had already been announced that the likes of The Horrors, Peace, Pale Waves, Pulled Apart By Horses and Ash would perform this year.
Now, newly-confirmed acts include The Vaccines, Idles, Superorganism, Nadine Shah, Rae Morris, Yak, Cabbage and The Xcerts.
The Vaccines say of the news: “Whether at our own shows or at the festivals, Leeds has proved itself time and time again to be one of the best audiences in the world. We really mean that.”
“It was the first chants of ‘YORKSHIRE’ in 2011 that made us feel like we’d truly arrived. Having spent most of last year living in Yorkshire too ,and recording our new album there, this will also be somewhat of a homecoming – even if only in our heads. We can’t wait.”
Also previously announced were Circa Waves, The Magic Gang, Blaenavon and British Sea Power.
The likes of Bastille, Stormzy and Ed Sheeran have all played the festival in previous years. Last year saw Slaves, The Pigeon Detectives and The Big Moon among the performers.
