Lindsay first sued the makers of the game – Rockstar Games – back in 2014.

In the suit, Lindsay claimed that the character Lacey Jones who appeared in a section of the game called “Escape Paparazzi” looked like her, sounded like her, and wore clothes that resembled her own clothing line.

The judges ruled that the character just resembled a generic, young woman.

Lindsay has not responded to the news yet.
