Blossoms announce huge new UK tour

The band will head back out on the road to support latest album ‘Cool Like You’

Blossoms have announced a new UK tour to take place later this year.

The Stockport band released their second album ‘Cool Like You‘ earlier this year. In a four-star review, NME wrote: “Like an early greatest hits, ‘Cool Like You’ is overflowing with singles. Whether or not that could be a festival headline show falls down to fate and fashion, but with their second album Blossoms have certainly had a damn good crack.”

The group have now confirmed another slew of headline dates in support of the record. The new tour will kick off in Glasgow on December 3, before visiting Sheffield, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester, Southampton, Bristol, and London.

Tickets for the tour will go on sale at 9am on Friday (July 27) and will be available to purchase here. A special fan pre-sale will go on sale at 9am on Wednesday (July 25). Sam

Southampton, O2 Guildhall (11)
Bristol, O2 Academy (12)
London, O2 Academy Brixton (13)

Sam Fender will provide support in Glasgow and London, while Fuzzy Sun will join the band on all dates.

Earlier this year, Blossoms were joined by Happy Monday‘s Rowetta as they made an appearance in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. During the session, they covered The Killers‘ ‘The Man’ and segued a segment of Daft Punk‘s ‘Around The World’ into the Las Vegas band’s recent single.
