A woman has claimed she was raped at a party held at Brown’s home in 2017
Chris Brown is using sex as his alibi in a sexual assault lawsuit filed against him earlier this year.
In May, an anonymous woman named the singer in a lawsuit in which she claimed she was assaulted in his home.
The woman, who is named under the alias Jane Doe, alleged she was coerced into attending a sex party co-hosted by Brown and rapper Young Lo (whose real name is Lowell Grissom Jr) at Brown’s California home in 2017. Once there, she said she was barricaded in one of the bedrooms, given illegal drugs, and forced to perform oral sex on Grissom Jr and an unnamed woman.
Doe also claimed that Grissom raped her twice in different rooms. She accused Brown of co-conspiring, aiding and abetting in sexual assault, and negligence of premises liability.

Now, according to documents obtained by The Blast, Brown has responded to the claims. He reportedly highlighted that the woman had not accused him of touching or physically harming her, or that he threatened her with violence.
The star added that he was “occupied with pornography and performing sexual acts with women” when the alleged assault happened, removing himself from involvement in the incident. He has asked to be dismissed from the civil suit.
The case is reportedly still under investigation.
At a news conference at the time the lawsuit was originally filed, Doe’s high profile lawyer Gloria Allred said: “This is one of the most horrific cases involving alleged sexual assault that I have ever seen.”
Brown has yet to publicly comment on the claims, but his lawyer Mark Geragos told TMZ in May: “Chris is a target. My investigation shows that none of these allegations are true.”
