Captured last year in Buenos Aires and São Paulo respectively
Coldplay have announced the release of a new live album and concert film to finally round off their ‘A Head Full Of Dreams’ world tour.
The four-piece concluded the tour in support of their seventh studio album – which was released back in December 2015 – with a show in Buenos Aires on November 15, 2017.
It was that very show in the Argentinian capital which was recorded for the new live album, which is made up of 24 tracks and marks the first time that a Coldplay gig has been released in its entirety.
The band’s earlier show in São Paulo on 8 November 2017 was captured for the aforementioned concert film. Both the film and the album will be released together as ‘The Butterfly Package’, and will be completed by the recently-announced ‘A Head Full Of Dreams’ documentary, which will air first on Amazon Prime.
