A Christmas present from Posty…
Post Malone has dropped a new track called ‘Wow’, only days after promising fans that he’d release fresh material by the end of 2018.
The latest offering was unveiled by the ‘Beerbongs & Bentleys’ star late last night, and it proves to be one of his most stripped back recordings to date. For the most part, it sees him rapping over a simple background beat – a marked contrast to the heavy production and autotune that has predominantly featured on his music.

It comes after he previously released ‘Sunflower’, a collaboration with Rae Sreummurd’s Swae Lee which featured on the soundtrack to Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse.
Elsewhere, Post Malone recently hung out with Metallica after a show in Los Angeles. The Metallica icons played the Save Mart Center in Fresno earlier this month, and met the rapper backstage afterwards – posting a series of photos on Twitter from the meeting.
Last month, Post Malone was also named as joint headliner with Twenty One Pilots for Reading And Leeds Festival in August, joining The 1975 and Foo Fighters in topping the bill. He plays a one-off show in Los Angeles on Friday, before starting a UK and Ireland tour in February. Tickets for his tour can be bought here.
