Jennifer, 49, and Alex, 43, are currently in the middle of a no sugar and no carb diet plan, which they are keeping for 10 days.
“I’m here on day five of this 10 day challenge. Everyone says it’s going to get easier by the fifth day, but it’s getting harder. I hope it’s going a lot better for you,” Alex said on his Instagram Story that day.
