American Song Contest Scorecard: See Who Was Eliminated and Who Advanced

The competition on American Song Contest is certainly heating up.

The show’s first round of semi-finals commenced during the April 25 episode, with 11 states competing for a spot in the Grand Final on May 9.

Earning last week‘s jury vote was 17-year-old Michigan representative Ada LeAnn with her original song “Natalie,” who went on to compete against former jury vote winners during the first semi-finals round, including Rhode Island’s Hueston and Kentucky’s Jordan Smith.

Washington native and week four jury vote winner Allen Stone managed to charm the 56-person jury once again, securing the first spot in the Grand Final with this week’s jury vote.

Before first round of semi-finals contestants battled it out on stage, hosts Kelly Clarkson and Snoop Dogg revealed which of week five’s remaining contestants would live to sing again in the second round of semi-finals on May 2.

Sitting at the top of last week’s leaderboard were California girl group Sweet Taboo, North Carolina’s John Morgan and American Samoa representative Tenelle. But were they the acts fans chose to save and send through to the semi-finals? And which previously eliminated contestant was saved by the all-fan vote?
