“My kids live great,” she emphasized. “My kids have never been touched, never gotten hit, no matter how annoying they are. I never hit my kids. We take very great care of our kids. Don’t you ever in your f–king life play with my motherhood or my ex-husband’s fatherhood.”
But Cardi and Offset are not always a united front. Most recently, the two have been involved in a custody battle over their kids amid their ongoing divorce, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, with Offset filing for joint custody just last month. However, one month before the filing, Cardi seemingly accused him of using their kids as an excuse to delay finalizing their divorce.
“You wanna talk about, you haven’t accepted the divorce because you not gonna agree on my terms ’cause you just wanna see the kids,” Cardi said during a January conversation on X Spaces. “You wanna see the kids? You just called your daughter for the first time this year, yesterday. Your newborn. You love your kids so much and you didn’t bought them s–t for Christmas.”
