Jodie Turner-Smith is one happy mama.
The actress gushed about her daughter Juno—who she shares with ex Joshua Jackson—and all of the major milestones that the 4-year-old has been hitting recently.
“She’s just blossoming into such an intelligent, young, bossy, little one,” Jodie exclusively told E! News at Clarins’ Beauty Icons party at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. “I mean, she’s been reading since she was three, so she already hit that milestone. I mean, she’s about to go to kindergarten. I mean, that’s a big milestone.”
The Queen & Slim actress confessed that it’s bittersweet watching her daughter grow up right before her eyes.
“I kind of want to cry,” Jodie said, “but I’m also very excited for her growing up, because I just need to get to hang out together more.”
And, while Juno is undoubtedly coming into her own, she still hasn’t quite wrapped her mind around what her mom does for a living.
“I don’t think she has a concept of fame,” Jodie shared, “but she knows I get…you know, when I was getting dressed today, she was like, ‘Oh, see, you’re being fancy tonight, huh?'”
